JOHN THOMAS DUNN, 71, formerly of Louisville, died Monday in Okeechobee, Fla. He was a former employee at the old Donaldson Bakery, a self-employed worker at Warehouse Paint Center in Okeechobee, president of Sacred Heart Men's Club and a member of Okeechobee Sacred Heart and the Knights of Columbus. Survivors include his wife, the former Mary Helen Vessels; three daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Moore of Atlanta, Mrs. Linda Steele of Hopkinsville and Mrs. Helen Senn; four sons, John T. Dunn Jr. of Tompkinsville, and Michael, Stephen and Joseph Dunn; a sister, Mrs. Lillian Conder; a brother, Howard Dunn of Crestwood; 19 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Denis Catholic Church, 4205 Cane Run Road, with burial in St. Andrew Cemetery. Visitation at Ratterman's, 4832 Cane Run Road, will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday. The family asks that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society.
