Mrs. Ocker was born in Shippensburg, on September 20, 1920, the daughter of the late Walter and Margaret (Powell) Hall.
She was a member of Camp Hill United Methodist Church and was a member of the Order of Eastern Star.
Janet is survived by her husband of 68 years Harold E. Ocker; 2 daughters Nancy Hoffman of Oceanview, DE and Carol wife of Peter Kirk of Mechanicsburg; 3 sisters Julia Cox of Carlisle, Peggy Ditzler of Shippensburg, and Barbara Eagle of York; 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held in Camp Hill United Methodist Church , 417 South 22nd Street Camp Hill, at 10:30 on Wednesday, September 30th, with The Reverend John Uhlinger officiating.
A visitation will be held Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:30 in the Church.
Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park.
