Mrs. Agnes Ridgley Pierce, 83, of Caruthersville, died July 28. She was born Aug. 13, 1900 in Anna, Ill., the daughter of Charles and Eliza Ellen Ridgley. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, P.E.O. and a member and past president of the Women's Club.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Harriett Pierce Tipton of Caruthersville; Two grandchildren, Jack Hale Tipton Jr. and Ellen Tipton Madison, both of Caruthersville; And five great grandchildren.
Services were July 29 at 2 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Caruthersville, the Rev. Paul Currie Officiating with burial in Little Prairie Cemetery, Dean Funeral Home of Caruthersville in charge.
Pallbearers were Jim Grantham, Mike Avis, Joe Peck Hayden, Jimmy Martin, Greg Crysler, Wade Tipton, John Cunningham and Charles Ross III.
