Mr. Crockrell was well known in this city. For four years, he was an employee of C.T. Baird's Grocery, working on the delivery truck and as a clerk inside. He was employed at Bairds until March, of 1928, when he was forced to quit on account of his health and a month later he went out west, but returned several months later, and has been at the home of his parents since. He had many friends who regret to learn of his death.
