Mr. Bruce Lee Moore Sr., age 60, Winnabow, N.C., died Sunday, October 27, 1991 in New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Moore was born in Brunswick County on April 19, 1931, the son of Nita Mae Atkinson and the late Willie Tyndall Moore. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Bolivia.
Mr. Moore served with the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict.
Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, Lois Jane Moore of the home; a son, Bruce L. Moore Jr. of Winnabow; a daughter, Terry Moore Estep of Winnabow; five brothers, William Moore, Robert Moore, both of Wilmington, Thurman Moore of Newport News, Virginia, Reggie Moore and Jerry Moore, both of Winnabow; three sisters, Eva Mae Willetts of Bolivia, Patty Thornton of Harrells and Julie Wallace of Winnabow; and three grandchildren, Ronald Adam Estep, Quisto Lee Moore and Bronwyn Carol Moore.
Funeral services will be held 11 am., Wednesday, October 30, 1991, in the Coble Ward-Smith Chapel with the Reverend Leo Cannon officiating. Interment will follow in Oleander Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Tom Maultsby, H.D. Willetts, Thomas Howard, Kenneth Johnson, Thaxton Sellers and Henry Crisco.
The family will receive friends from 7 until 8 p.m. tonight, October 29, 1991, in the Coble Ward-Smith Funeral Home.
