Tidal, Dec. 2 - John A. Wolfe, one of Madison township's well-known residents passed away at his home early Sunday morning following a brief illness. He was aged 92 years, 8 months and 9 days. He is survived by one son, Alonza Wolfe, Tidal; four daughters, Mrs. George Lorenz, Rimer R.D. 1; Mrs. Walter Bable, Kittanning; Mrs. Garfield Toy and Mrs. Nellie Harris, Pittsburgh. He is also survived by one sister, Mrs. Nancy Walls, 22 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Walter Kennedy, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, Templeton, Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in the Meredith Funeral Home in Widnoon. The interment will take place in Rimer Hill cemetery.
