MEAD, Deion Michelle, born July 29, 1964, in Los Angeles, Calif. Passed away September 7, 2009, in Lancaster, Calif. She is survived by her daughters, Michelle and Shannon Millison, mother, Marcelle Mead, sister, Andreena Casey, twin brother, Dwayne Mead, grandson, Angel Millison-Vargas, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Deion was raised in Reseda, Calif. She has been a resident of the Antelope Valley for 21 years. Deions greatest accomplishment was raising her girls and trying to survive her physical and emotional illness. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, September 12, 2009, at Chapel of the Valley Mortuary with interment to follow at Desert Lawn Memorial Park both in Palmdale, Calif. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in Jarrett Caseys name, nephew of Deion Mead. You may e-mail your condolences to [email protected].
