Before the War, Harry Meyers had worked in the family coal business.

Herbert Deverill Meyers, aged 38, of Casino, Milltown, a Captain in the Army Service Corps, died on 30 October 1918, at The King George V. Hospital, Cabra, Dublin.
The cause of death was Influenza, Pneumonia, certified.

His name is included in the
