Harrisville, June 14. —Maria, wife
of Hiram Clark, died at her summer
home in Lake Bonaparte, May 31, 1912,
aged 74 years. She was a lifelong resident
of Harrisville.
She was noted in caring for those
who were aged and homeless. Her
work in that direction endeared her
to many.
She leaves a husband, one daughter
Mrs. Milo Mullen and three sons, Nelson,
John and Charles Clark all of
Harrisville; also three brothers, Rev.
Silas Carley of Hammond, Solan and
Ide Carley of Harrisville,
The floral tributes were beautiful
Mrs. Margaret Jackson officiated
at the funeral which was very largely
attended.
Interment was made in Harrisville
cemetery.
