DILSAVER, Lloyd C.

Went to live eternally with his Heavenly Father on August 16, 2009. He passed away peacefully in his sleep, he was 86 years old. Lloyd was born August 17, 1922, in Tayor, Nebraska, where he grew up, and at the age of 21 served in the United States Navy. After his discharge from the Navy he returned to Taylor, Nebraska, where he met and married his loving wife of 65 years, Helen Dilsaver. Together they ventured west and in 1955, made Palmdale, Calif., their home. Here they raised their 3 children and resided for the past 54 years, together. He is preceded in death by his mom and dad, baby sister, and son Larry. He is survived by his wife, Helen, daughter Linda and her husband Ron Gilbert, son David and his wife Donna Dilsaver, 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He will be missed tremendously by his entire family and friends. We all live with peace knowing one day we will all be reunited in Heaven. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, August 20, 2009, at Desert Lawn Memorial Park, 2200 East Ave S Palmdale.
