On January 31, 1902, the hearts and home of Mr. and Mrs. John Irby were saddened by the death of their little son, Charles Cloe Irby, aged six weeks and four days. After a brief service in the home, the remains were taken to the Methodist church, where a company of friends gathered and a full service conducted by their pastor, Rev. E. P. Lyon. The sympathy of all their frieds is extended to the bereaved parents.
