The Springdale News from The Harrison Times
July 21, 1911

After an illness of several weeks Mrs. Caroline Davis, widow of Mr. Frank Davis, passed peacefully away on the evening of July 12th, aged 73 years and 5 months.

The funeral was conducted by her pastor, Rev Blizzard, at the M.E. church Thursday afternoon and she was interred in the Harrison cemetery.

Mrs. Caroline Davis, one of the oldest and most respected citizens of Harrison, died on the 12 inst. at 10:15 p.m. at the old family residence after a lingering illness of several months.
