Tiffany Sue Banks, 21 months of age, died Thursday, April 2, 2009 at Forum Health – Trumbull Memorial Hospital. She was born June 27, 2007 in Warren, the daughter of Thomas Cross and Felicia Banks.
Besides her parents, Tiffany is survived by two siblings.
She was in foster care when she died from child abuse.
