Clinton Owens, 61, of 4919 S. Fourth St., died there Friday. He was a native of Rockcastle County, a retired employee of the American Standard Co., and an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, the former Lucille Cecil; a daughter, Ms. Patricia Owens of Macon, Ga.; two sons David and Ron Owens; his mother, Mrs. Berta Owens; a brother, Charles Owens; and two grandchildren. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at O.D. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2727 S. Third St., with burial in Highland Memory Gardens in Mount Washington. Visitation at the funeral home will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
