Nannie Jane Gibson Lay married Willie Amos Lay (aka "Bill"). As you can see my aunt Nannie lived to be 102 years of age and until the last year or so was very active, raising a garden and so on. I never had a chance to be around her very much but sure wish I could have been. She was at one time a "travelling librarian" meaning, according to what we were told, that she rode a mule or horse from house to house with library books. The forerunner of the Bookmobile. written by Hazel.
