Charles Winston Cotham, resident of Caruthersville for the past 18 years, died at his home here, Monday, March 7, and funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Cobb Funeral Home chapel in Blytheville with the Rev. J.C. English officiating. Burial was in Maple Grove cemetery.
Mr. Cotham had been a resident of Blytheville before moving here. He was a native of Kentucky and was a member of the Church of Christ.
He leaves two daughters, Mrs. Aileen Bratton of this city and Mrs. Mildred Shrum of St. Louis, four sons Charles Cotham of Caruthersville, Obert and James S. Cotham of St. Louis and Ray Cotham, Watsonville, Calif.; five brothers, Elbert, Noble, Leonard, Stony, and Nick Cotham; and one sister, Mrs. Huey Walker.
