Mr. Sherrick was a native of Missouri born on two county lines. Lincoln and Jasper county near Plue on Aug 27 1890. This was from his obituary, however, I cannot find a Plue, Missouri. Can you help?

**George James Sherrick, 87, longtime Ramona resident, died at 10:15 a.m. Monday in the Tulsa Hillcrest Memorial Medical Center, following several months illness.
**Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Ramona Friends Church. The Rev. Fletcher Adcock, Jr. and Mr. Thedus Bowlin will be the officiants and interment will be in the Hillside Cemetery, near Skiatook by the Arnold Moore Funeral Service.
**Mr. Sherrick was a native of Missouri born on two county lines. Lincoln and Jasper county near Plue on Aug 27 1890. He lived his boyhood and attended country schools in southwest Missouri. He came to Indian Territory settling in Tulsa prior to statehood where he was employed at the Old Robinson Hotel.
**He moved to Strang, in 1915 and was married to Miss Mollie Mae Sears on July 11, 1915, at Strang. She preceded him in death in Bartlesville in 1935. He was married to Mrs. Ruby Wallace Adcock on May 19, 1939 in Delaware County and they made their home in Ramona.
**Mr. Sherrick barbered in Oklahoma since 1916 and was a barber in Oklahoma City when the original State Capitol Building was built. He joined the National Guard in 1917-18 during World War 1 and following his honorable discharge he and Mrs. Sherrick came to Ochelata when Mr. Sherrick was chief engineer of a gasoline plant. He barbered in the Ochelata-Ramona communities since 1922 until he retired. He attended the Ramona, Fire Baptized Holiness Church.
**In addition to his wife Mrs. Ruby Sherrick, retired long-time school teacher of the home in Ramona, are three daughters, Miss Leaetta Maxine Sherrick, Ramona, Mrs. Mary Evelyn Murray, Tulsa, and Mrs. Charles (Margaret Ann) Audrain, Tulsa; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother W. C. "Pete" Sherrick, rural Parkhill; one step-brother, Sherwood "Woody" Renfrow, Pawhuska; and one step-daughter, Mrs. Willis (Vivian) Ward, Bartlesville.
