Third daughter of Edward Sneyd and Susanna Cook Sneyd.
Edward Sneyd was a Major in the Royal Horse Guards, and died in America in 1776.
2nd wife [of four] of Richard Lovell Edgeworth, whom she married at Lichfield Cathedral on 17 July 1773.
Four years after returning to England from Ireland, Honora died of consumption at six in the morning on 1 May 1780 at Bighterton, near Shifnal, surrounded by her husband, her youngest sister, Charlotte and a servant. Honora Sneyd Edgeworth was buried in the nearby St. Andrew's Church, at Weston-under-Lizard, where a plaque on the wall bears witness to her life.
