He was a member of Trinity United Presbyterian Church, the Armco Veterans Club, Meridian Volunteer Fire Department, and the Tanglewood Senior Citizens Center.
He retired from Butler Armco, as a truck driver, in 1961.
Jim was always a lot of fun to be around, and he dearly loved his family.
