Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother, Klea Mae Passey Allen passed away Sunday, November 19, 2006. She was surrounded by her devoted family. Her family was the hallmark of her life.

Klea was born on March 28, 1908, a daughter of Willian Boyd and Victoria Johnson Passey. She was the sixth of eight children.

She graduated from Ogden High School where she met her Companion, Morris L. Allen.

They were married on June 8, 1928 in the Logan LDS Temple. They were the parents of five children and foster parents of many.

During WWll Klea was a Red Cross volunteer Nurse at the Dee Hospital in Ogden, UT.

She wae a PTA President and a member of the Agalia Club and Chids Study Club. Later she worked for Defense Depot in Ogden and was an outstanding secretery for 20 years before her retirement.

Kiea was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she served faithfully as a teacher and leader.

Her greatest joy and dedication in life was her five children and their families. She was selfless and giving always putting family needs before her own. She enjoyed teaching her family about their Pioneer ancestors. She was an active membef of the Daughers of the Utah Pioneers. She and her husband Morris worked as Family History Consultants at the Bngham City Genealogicai Library. Klea loved to cook and work in her garden. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting and playing the piano. She was a volunteer at the Brigham City Hospilal for 10 years.

She is survived by one son, Lansing (Ilene) Allen, Jr., Ogden, UT; four daughters, Louise (Duaine) Simmons. Farr West, UT; Gay Lynne (Don) Bush, Goshen, UT: Ruth (Bryce) Owen, Honeyville, UT; Linda (Clark) Siddoway, Harper Ward, UT. Also 22 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren
and seven great-great-grandcnildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Morris, six brothers and sisters and a great-grandson and a great-granddaughter.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2006 at 11 a.m. at the Brigham City North Stake Center. 620 North 300 East, Brigham City.

Frends may call on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Myers Mortuary 205 S.100 E., Brigham City, and on Saturday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the Church.

Interment will be in the Ogden Cemetery at 2:15 p.m.

The family wouid like to give thanks to all the care givers at the Brigham City Nursing and Rehab Center for the special love and care to our Mother.
