Mr. Jeff Shulman, 37, died suddenly Sunday (June 28, 2009).
He was a native of Atlanta and lived there and Waycross most of his life. He was an Optical Lab Technician with American Eye Care. He also was a detention officer with the rank of Sergeant at the Ware County Sherriff's office.
The survivors include his wife, Angela Shulman of Waycross, two sons, Elijah Louis Shulman and Jeffrey Isaiah Shulman both of Waycross; his mother, Cherry Shulman Cribb (husband John) of Waycross; his father, Louis Shulman (wife Helen) of Atlanta; two sisters, Tammy Young (husband Richard) and Christy Young (husband Don) both of Waycross; two step-sisters, Lynne Andrews and Lee Weller both of Atlanta; special aunt and uncle, Tammy and Melvin Thigpen of Waycross; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Donny and Detrelle Young both of Waycross: several nephews and one niece.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday (July 2, 2009) at Music Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday night.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
