Death of the Father of Mrs. C. J. Barber of East Elba in Michigan.
East Elba. July 5. -- Mrs. Corydon J. Barber received word last night that her father, J. W. Breece, died yesterday at Ottawa Lake, Michigan.
Mr. Breece, who was a native of Chemung county, was 82 years old. His wife, who was Miss Sarah Gillette of this place, died about two years ago. Besides Mrs. Barber, Mr. Breece is survived by a son, Horace Breece of Ohio, and two daughters, Mrs. John Morale, and Mrs. Addie Fye of Michigan.
