Dominga V. Adams passed away on February 23, 2009 at the age of 81. Dominga was born in Karnes City, Texas to Juan and Benancia Vasquez on February 5, 1928. Dominga is preceded in death by her husband Marcelino Adams and brother Gabriel Vasquez. Marcelino and Dominga were retirees from the old Judson Candy Company on Flores St. in San Antonio, Texas. Survivors include her brothers; Daniel Vasquez and Juan Francisco (Lucy) Vasquez, sisters; Amadita Lopez and Benancia (Enrique) Ramon, and numerous nephews, nieces and friends. Visitation will begin Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, February 26, 2009 at 12:00 P.M. at St. Clare Catholic Church located on 7701 Somerset Road. Interment will follow at Mission Burial Park South.
