Gary S. Wilson, 28, was killed when his car went off Black Lake Road and struck a utility pole Friday night. He was transported to A. Barton Hepburn Hospital, Ogdensburg, where he was pronounced dead.
The funeral for Mr. Wilson will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Nichols Funeral Home, Ogdensburg, with the Rev. Harry Snow, pastor of St. John's Church, officiating. Burial will be in Foxwood Memorial Park, Ogdensburg.
Calling hours will be Monday afternoon and evening at the funeral home.
Surviving are a companion and a daughter, his parents, a sister, three brothers, his paternal grandmother, his paternal grandfather and stepgrandmother, his maternal grandmother, and several aunts and uncles.
Born at Devil's Lake, N.D., July 9, 1964, a son of David and Sandra Caufield Wilson, he was employed by the Wilson Home Construction Co. at the time of his death.
Mr. Wilson was an avid hunter and fisherman.
