Korean War, Corporal, U.S. Air Force

Member of the 8th Supply Squadron, 8th Fighter Bomber Group. On Sept. 26, 1950, he perished aboard a C54D Skymaster transport departing from Ashiya, Japan, when the aircraft crashed into the Sea of Japan. He was awarded the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service and the National Defense Service Medal.
