Services for Mrs. Orva Hanawalt, 80, of 4016 fifth ave., will be at 1:30 PM Wednesday at Hamilton's Funeral Home, with burial in Chapel Hill Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Hanawalt died of a heart ailment Sunday at her home after an illness of a week.
Born in Flora, Ill., she had lived in Des Moines 50 years and was a member of Second Church of Christ Scientist.
Survivors include a son, Billy of Des Moines; three daughters Mrs Dorothy H Graham and Mrs Lois Miller, both of Des Moines, and Mrs Darlene Guiberson of Norwalk; a sister, Mrs Martha Pumphrey of Forsyth, Mo., 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Bill Graham, Keith Reed, Richard Sayers, Fred Caruthers, Jim Gumbel and Raymond Racek.
