Roger Louis Taylor, 56, Gamaliel, died at the Monroe Health Care Facility after an extened illness. He was a retired farmer and a veteran of the Korean conflict.
Born in Monroe County, he was the son of Nannie (Smith) Taylor, Gamaliel, and the late Herschell Taylor.
Other than his mother, he is survived by one brother, Ralph Taylor of Rolla, Mo.
Funeral services were conducted at Strode's Gamaliel Chapel, with Bro. Jerry Anderson officiating.
Serving as palbearers were Winford, Clarence, and Todd Taylor, Randal and Wallace Basket; and Newman Brown.
