Karrie Ann (Morgan) Harp was born was born April 25, 1977, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Dennis and Kathy (Medlin) Morgan. She passed away on June 2, 2009, in Tahlequah. Karrie attended school in Tahlequah and was a 1995 graduate of Tahlequah High School. Following high school, Karrie began working in a bank and later as a tax commission agent for Cherokee Nation. On July 14, 2007, she married Ryan Harp, in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. The following day as husband and wife they were both baptized. She enjoyed music and loved her family. Kerrie cared deeply for her cats. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Alfred and Ruby Medlin. Karrie is survived by her husband, Richard "Ryan" Harp of the home; her parents, Kathy and Dennis Morgan of Tahlequah; her brother, Bryan Morgan and wife Jeannie of Parkhill; her sister, Terrie Floyd and Sean of Vinita, OK; a brother in law, Mark Keys; sister in law, Hannah Harp; three nephews, Drew and Alex Morgan of Tahlequah and Nicholas Floyd of Vinita. She will be missed by all. The family will receive friends Thursday June 4, 2009 from 6pm to 8pm at Green Country Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Friday June 5, 2009 at 10:00 am at the Southside Baptist Church. Officiating will be Reverends David Jones and Mike Newberry. Serving as pallbearers are Mark Keys, Stuart Gulagar, Greg Bilby, Matt Moles, Dale Medlock and Brandon Medlin. Interment will follow in the Tahlequah City Cemetery.
