Sergeant Walter Worley was buried at Corinth Tuesday afternoon. He was killed at Fort Monroe, Va., a few days ago by accidental discharge of his gun while cleaning it for inspection. He had been in the service for 14 years. He leaves a wife who was Miss Elizabeth Hamon, of this county and two children. He was a nephew of Sheriff H. M. Young. Several of the members of the Masonic Lodge here attended the burial. (10 Oct. 1892-5 Mar. 1925)
