Ralph Ellenwood or Elwood was born about 1608 (aged 28 in 1635; deposed 29 Nov 1669 "aged about three score years"). Planter who came to Massachusetts Bay in 1635 on the "Truelove." First settled in Salem: later moved to Beverly. Died between 7 Jan 1673[/4]] (date of will) & 30 Jan 1673[/4] (date of inventory).
Married (1) by 1641 (& probably by 1637), Elizabeth ____ (on 29 Jun 1641, "Elizabeth Elwood" testified in court).
(2) in Salem, 14 Mar 165[4/]5 Ellen Lyn, b. about 1636 (deposed 29 Nov 1669 "aged about thirty-three years." She married (2) by 1677 William Bath (on 26 Jun 1677, Martin Hall sued "W[illia]m Bath and Elenor, his wife, relict of Ralph Ellenwood, deceased."
