He is listed as one of 91 men listed on the Pulaski Park memorial in Syracuse, New York unveiled on May 30, 1949, "Dedicated to Those Americans of Polish Descent Who Died for God and Country, Roll of Honor, World War II, 1941 - 1945." His name is inscribed on the east face of memorial, as "ALBERT J. KULBA."
