Obituary of THOMAS JEFFERSON McABEE. Colimbia - Mr. THOMAS JEFFERSON McABEE, 76, of 90 Finley Road died Thursday, July 6, 2000, at Bernardin House, Columbia. A graveside service will be at 11:30 a.m. today at Forest Hills Cemetery, with Father JOHN GIULIANI officiating. Burial will be in the Forest Hills Cemetery. A native of Rock Hill, Mr. McABEE was the son of LOIS BROWN McABEE and the late ROLAND DEAN McABEE. He was of the Catholic faith. He was a retired carpenter and was a World War II U. S. Army veteran. Surviving in addition to his mother are two sisters, LULA BRASHEARS of Campobello and HELEN PROCTOR of Monroe, NC. Greene Funeral Home is in charge.(note - THOMAS JEFFERSON McABEE was twice married. His first wife was LOUISE MOORE McABEE, died in Chicago, ILLinois. They had one son, LARRY McABEE, killed in a car crash in Chicago, Illinois. THOMAS JEFFERSON McABEE was known as J. T. McABEE.)
