He was born in Green County Wisconsin,Dec 28 1895 a son of William & Elizabeth Fritsch Blasing.On Nov 12 1928,he was married in Freeport to Maude Shippy. Mr Blasing was a veteran of World War I and a member of the Winslow American Legion Post.
Surviving are his widow Maude; a daughter,Mrs.Donald (Clara) Lacher Freeport and one grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers,five sisters and a great grandchild.
Services for MR. Blasing will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday
July 17, in the Cramer Funeral Home at Orangeville. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery Monroe , Shortly before 11:30
a.m. Friends may call at the Funeral home after 3 p.m. Tuesday
