While part of the Reedy family moved to Cherokee & Calhoun County Alabama about 1840 (his mother is buried in that area) Frank & his family moved further eastward to Itawamba/Monroe County, MS around 1855 where Francis had some 450 acres. His brother James Brown Reedy & family moved to Itawamba County as well at about the same time.
Francis and Susanna had eleven known children together, eight survived to adulthood. Nine are linked here, two others, Margaret A. and J.M (son) are the other known children who probably died as children.
