Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Teresa Jane Carlisle of Pascagoula; one son, Thomas M. Carlisle III of Pascagoula; his mother, Mrs. Mildred B. Carlisle of Pascagoula; four sisters, Mrs. Josephine M. Brinkerhoff of Salt Lake City, Utah; Mrs. Pearl M. Hali of Schenectady, N.Y., Mrs. Mary E. Voupilainen of North Hollywood, Calif., and Mrs. Louise M. Evans of Salt Lake City, Utah; one brother, Joseph L. Carlisle of Pascagoula, aunts, uncles and other relatives.
