Eliza Anders Maxwell, who states DOB as 1839, has a CSA pension application on line in the Georgia archives. She gives proof of marriage to J. A. Maxwell on 2 March 1854 in Decatur County, GA. She says he enlisted in 1862 in Bainbridge, Ga in Campbell's Seige Artillery, but was transferred to Co. B of the 29th GA Cavalry. She says he surrendered in Bainbridge, Ga in April 1865 and died in Grady County, GA on Oct 12, 1906.
