DOUBLESIN, Joseph Charles, age 58. Passed away April 22, 2009, in Lancaster, California. He was born May 16, 1950, in Montreal, Quebec Canada. Joseph was a retired veteran of 23 years of service in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of the Catholic Church and taught CCD, was a Cub Scout Leader and member of Knights of Columbus for St. Anthonys Catholic Church in Atwater. Joseph was always willing to lend a helping to anyone in need. He is survived by his wife Agnes Doublesin of Lancaster, one son, Daniel and his wife Nancy, two grandchildren, Nicholas and Camila Doublesin, all of Palmdale, and one sister Donna and her husband Donald Riley of Virginia, Illinois. A visitation will held from 4 to 8 p.m., with a Vigil Prayer Services starting at 7 p.m., Wednesday, April 29, 2009, at Halley-Olsen-Murphy, Lancaster Chapel. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Thursday, April 30, 2009, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment to take place at 11 a.m., Saturday. May 2, 2009, at St. Andrews Abby Cemetery, Valymero.
