Louis Calvin Fritzius is the son of George and Eliza Fritzius (nee Stewart/Stuart). He married Elizabeth McCauley.

Funeral of Louis Fritzius.
The funeral of Louis Calvin Fritzius, known throughout the Braddock district as "Cal" Fritzius, whose death occured on Wednesday evening will take place this afternoon, when services will be held at the family home at 39 Wood street, Braddock. Mr. Fritzius was a member of a widely known old Braddock family, which originally came from Philadelphia. His father George Fritzius, settled at Port Perry, in North Versailles township, about 80 years ago, and Calvin was born there 60 years since. Until his illness three years ago he was for years previously connected with the office of clerk of courts. He had suffered from Bright`s disease, but pneumonia was the direct cause of death. He was a cousin of Mrs. Alfred A. Corey of North Braddock, mother of W. Ellis Corey, president of United States steel corporation. Mr. Fritzius served throughout the Civil war, and was a member of Major A. M. Harper Post, 181 G.A.R. of Braddock. He was a lifelong Methodist. He is survived by his wife and five children: Mrs. Charles J. McMinn, Miss Margaret Fritzius, and Mrs. John McFarland, of Braddock; Mrs. G. B. Brinton, of New Castle, and Robert, of Braddock.
