Obit: The Grand Rapids Press, page 22, on 2 jan 1923, says that she died at her home on Cleveland Ave., SW, Grand Rapids on 1 Jan 1923. Surviving besides her husband, Simon Kaat, were three sons, four daughters, six granchildren, five brothers, and three sisters (names not given). The funeral was 4 Jan 1923 at Eighth Reformed Church with burial in Grandville Cemetery.
