BESSIE CLOE COCKRUM
Bessie Cloe Cockrum, 97, of Reyno, died Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2003, at Pocahontas Nursing and Rehab Center. Born Feb. 15, 1905, in Okamah, Okla., she was a daughter of the late Pink Jasper and Bettie Mae Franklin.
Survivors include a son; Milburn Cockrum of Reyno; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Lori Barcliff of Kansas City, Mo. Funeral services were held Tuesday in the Chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with Roger Hovis officiating.
Burial followed in Johnston Cemetery near Reyno. Pallbearers were Joe Cockrum, Belinda Cockrum-Turner, Jason Morrow and David and Danny Barton. Brandon Cockrum served as an honorary pallbearer.
