Funeral services for O.F. Lively, 65 years of age, of this city who died at his residence Sunday morning at 5:00 o'clock were held that afternoon at 5:00 P.M. at the Welcome Home cemetery near Grayson. Rev. J.D. Kitchingham was in charge of the services, assisted by Rev. V.D. Morris of the Methodist church.

Mr. Lively is survived by his widow, four girls, who are Mrs. Pocahontas Scott of Lancaster, Calif.; Mrs. Edna Richardson of Compton, Calif.; Mrs. Ozella Robinson of Kerril, Texas; Mrs. Elsie Boyd of Clayton, N. M.; one son, Virgil Lively of Lancaster, Calif.; two brothers, Raleigh Lively of Columbia and Payton Lively of Jonesville; one sister, Mrs. Bertha McQuiston of Shreveport; four step-children, and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his departure.

Active pall-bearers were J.A. Wood, R.M.Irwin, J.B. Thompson, L.A. Hearne, C.E. Myers and W.R. Haney. Funeral services were under the direction of the Riser Funeral Home of Columbia.
