Richard B. Gaston, 70, of Coldwater, Miss., passed away March 22, 2009. Services were held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at Ray-Nowell Funeral Home in Senatobia, Miss. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery in Grenada, Miss.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce H. Gaston; daughters, Rose McCurdy and husband Kevin, Tracy Forrest and husband Charlie, Hope Rodgers and husband Curtis and Beth Sherman and husband Bill; sisters, Evelyn Randall, Margaret Nabors, Annie Dell Hess; brothers, Herbert Gaston and James Gaston; sister-in-law, Pauline Gordon, who helped Joyce take care of Richard; 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Gaston was preceded in death by Ann Patty Gaston.
