Birth: May 22, 1791
Death: Dec. 25, 1864

Sara was the daughter of Rev. Henry Holcombe and Frances Tanner.

Sara Holcombe was married to Thomas Bacon, he was born on December 24, 1775, and died October 1834. The notes I have on Thomas Bacon is he represented Liberty County in the Georgia Legislature. 1805 -1812; in the Georgia State Senate in 1819 and served as Justice of the Inferior Court of Liberty County at intervals from 1803 - 1824. He was on a visit to Philadelphia, Pa and this is where he died.

Additional information for this memorial was provided by Lorraine Emory Lambert. Dec/2011
