I believe this is Jane McConaughy who mar. first Mar 22, 1821 Brown Co OH to William Hair who died in Oct 4, 1822 in Brown Co OH. Then Jane (McConaughy) Hair mar. Jan 10, 1828 Brown Co OH to James Adams. They moved to Indiana near Jane's brother. Then Jane died and her 2nd husb James Adams remarried.
I think whoever read this stone could not read it very well, because it was so old and worn. I believe that Jane was more like 46 yrs 5 mos 26 days making her birth Oct 17, 1802. In 1840 the female in the home was between 30-39 yrs of age making her birth btw 1801-1810.
I don't know how anyone would get an 8 from a 4 but can see how you would think a 6 was a nine. No matter she was not 89 yrs when she died. (N J Martin 46810101)
