Jason J Morin, 35, of Memphis, (referred to by Jason as Beautiful Downtown Frayser) passed away after being fatally shot on Saturday, March 14, 2009. He is preceded in death by his father, Carl F. Morin Sr. Jason is survived by his mother Ada Williams Morin, his son Josh James Carter, his daughters, Blake "Alexis" Morin and her mother, Sonya Ray, and Alysa Ann Morin and her mother, Ginger James, his sister Rachel Anne Morin and his brother Carl F. Morin Jr., five nieces and nephews and his dearest friend Jay Popwell and many other loving family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, March 19, from 5-8 P.M. with services at 11 A.M. Friday, March 20, both at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in his name to The Jason Morin Fund at First Tennessee Bank for his children.
