Funeral services for Mrs. Rosa Lee Rice, 72, of the Sardis Community, will be held at the Sardis Baptist Church Friday, April 29, at 11 a.m. Mrs. Rice died at a local hospital Wednesday. Burial will be in the Sardis Cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home.

A member of the Sardis Baptist Church since early girlhood, Mrs. Rice is survived by her husband, T. J. Rice; three daughters, Isabell Evans and Myrtie Harrington, Winnfield; Edna Warden of Fredericksburg, Texas; three sons, Voyd, L. P., and T. J. Rice, Jr., all of Winnfield; and several grandchildren.
