Doris Marie McCormack
April 6, 1921 - July 6, 2003. Dorie Marie McCormack of Keizer died on July 6 in Keizer. She was 82. She was born in Pedee to Levi and Mabel Burbank. She married Clinton McCormack in March of 1938. He died in 1999. She lived most of her life in the Pedee area. She lived the last seven years in Keizer and the past year in a foster care facility. She enjoyed watching television, doing crossword puzzles, reading the paper and visiting with family and friends.
Survivors include her son, Curt McCormack of Keizer; daughter, Robin Pelton of Keizer; brothers, Gene Burbank of Las Vegas and Carl Burbank of Port Orchard, Wash.; sisters, Pearl Mills of Eugene, Zona Singler of Las Vegas, Lois Marquardt of Eugene and Pat Lyday of Kings Valley; and four grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 12, at Womer Cemetery in Pedee. Contributions may be made to the Pedee Memorial Evangelical Church. Bollman Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
