Plainfield - Kenneth Ford Sr, 74, died August 2 at Hendricks Community Hospital, Danville. Ford was born October 31, 1924 to Sylvanus and Cora (Finley) Ford. He married Lucille (Polson) Ford. She survives. He was a general manager at Indus Corporation, Indianapolis, retiring in 1986, after 30 years. He was a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church, Plainfield, and the Plainfield Masonic Lodge 653, F. & A.M. Survivors include one son, Kenneth Ford, Jr of Plainfield; three daughters, Darlene Heckman and Shirley Sullivan, both of Plainfield and Patsy Starlin of Mooresville; one sister, Delphia Bonne of Mishawaka, Indiana; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Services will be held 11 a.m. August 5 at Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
