DEATH RESULTS FROM A STROKE OF APPOPLEXY
WAS WELL KNOWN
Mrs. Frank Whyte of Amherst, mother of Mrs. Earl Wheeler of this city, died at Amherst Thursday night, following a stroke of appoplexy, which occurred four hours earlier. Prior to suffering the stroke she had done the housework and apparently was in excellent health.
The deceased was 48 years of age and had been a resident of Amherst and vicinity for many years.
She leaves a husband and six children, five daughters and one son. The children are: Mrs. Samuel Towne, residing at home; Mrs. Wm. Farrell, Akron; Mrs. Earl Wheeler, Elyria; Mrs. John Raesler, whose husband is now in France; Jessie and Viola and the son James Whyte, who is in the service, an orderly in Debarkation hospital, New York City.
