From Robert Dale Blount, "Henry Blount's Journal." [An undated, single-page reporting of the personal journal of Henry Blount (1845-1923), by Henry's great-grandson (Henry-Joshua Wiley-Russell Welton-Robert Dale).]:

"On the same page Henry recorded his own birth, my grandfather Joshua Wiley Blount continues 'and him & Mama died November 18, 1923. Mama was 72 years old and Papa 78. Both died on same day Mama died about 14 hours before him. In memory of them I will always keep this' signed 'Josh Blount, Jan 20th, 1924. Mama was borned May 19 1851.'... My cousin, Joshua Wiley Blount III, told me the story of Henry Blount's death. Henry had collapsed in the field he was plowing and was discovered by some neighbors passing by in a wagon. The neighbors found Ellafair and brought her to the field where Henry was laying. Ellafair was so distraught at Henry's condition that she died in the field. Henry was brought home and as Josh wrote died 14 hours later."

Original memorial has first name: Elefare. Still seeking documentation to clarify the spelling as Elifair, Elafare, Ellafare, Ellafair, or something else.
